  • Overview

    Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate company of Enterprise Holding has an opening for a Facilities Representative. The Facilities Representative is responsible for managing the daily pay cycle process for printing, distributing and mailing checks for Fleet Operations. This position is also responsible for managing the shipping process and database for leased vehicle registration renewals. Our ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to support multiple people within in various departments. 

     

    This exciting opportunity works 40 hours per week with a starting salary range of $26,200-31,000 per year based on experience. In addition, we offer full benefits, 401K and profiting sharing and great discounts! 

     

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Manage the daily pay cycle process for printing, distributing and mailing checks
    • Manage shipping process for leased vehicle registration renewal tags
    • Update data in renewal and registration database
    • Coordinate supply requests and orders
    • Assist with the preparation of facility conference rooms and meetings
    • Manage Xerox process, including administering proper ID numbers, organizing copies and conducting weekly audits
    • Assist with maintenance and issues related to copiers, printers, and fax machines as well as other office equipment
    • Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail as needed
    • Deliver mail and packages throughout the day
    • Support receptionist as needed
    • Assist with managing office and kitchen supply inventories
    • Monitor pricing of office supplies
    • Assist with Group maintenance plans including custodial and building maintenance
    • Assist with security badge system, including replacements, audits, system upgrades and reporting
    • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
    • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
    • Must have one year administrative experience
    • Must have one year customer service experience
    • Willing to accept $26,200-$31,000 per year based on experience
