The Enterprise Holdings' Business Management Department is is currently looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. The Accounts Payable Clerk position is responsible for managing all the payments to our vendor partners. This high volume, dynamic position plays a key role in recognition of monthly expenses.  Ideal candidates will possess strong typing and 10-key skills, good organizational and analytical skills, be self motivated and very detail oriented.   This position is based at our administrative offices in San Antonio near the intersection of Harry Wurzbach and Rittiman. 


Will include, but not limited to:

  • Oversee the timely payment of large volumes of invoices to vendors
  • Data Entry and filing
  • Reconcile monthly vendor statements
  • Verify batch posting for checks
  • process internal accounts payable
  • print daily checks and ad hocs
  • Interact with vendor representatives
  • Update vendor tax status information and maintain database
  • Support Daily Rental Areas and other departments
  • Back up receptionist at times
  • Oversee the timely payment of large volumes of invoices to vendors
  • Support Business Management department with additional clerical duties
  • Maintain a regular, reliable level of attendance
  • Other related projects and duties

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of prior accounting and/or accounts payable or similar administrative experience needed
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM
  • Must have intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DUI/DWI) within the past 5 years.
  • Must have been licensed to drive for at least 1 year
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be willing to work at our administrative office at Harry Wurzbach and Rittiman
